When you apply for a call we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, your answers to the application questions, and the time you book. We also collect basic campaign data, such as the ad or link that brought you here, and standard technical data your browser sends (such as device type and pages viewed). We may use cookies and similar advertising and analytics tools (for example, from Meta or Google) to measure our ads.
How we use it
We use your information to review your application, schedule your call and send reminders, deliver anything we promised you (such as the AI In A Box Starter Edition), follow up about our programs, and measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the consent box, you agree to receive calls and recurring text messages from White Collar Comedy, LLC at the mobile number you provide, including appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups about our programs. Some messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use trusted service providers to run this site and our business, including our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), scheduling and video meeting tools (such as Zoom and Google Calendar), website hosting, and advertising platforms. They process your information only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
